1. Acceptance
By accessing or using LAYE, creating an account, reserving or purchasing a ticket, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting your login credentials.
- Do not impersonate another person.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
- Keep your contact information current.
- LAYE may suspend access when necessary to protect users or the platform.
3. Events & organizers
Events may be created and managed by independent organizers. Organizers are responsible for event descriptions, dates, locations, ticket categories, capacity, restrictions and event-specific policies.
LAYE provides technology for event discovery, ticketing, checkout and ticket delivery unless LAYE is expressly identified as the organizer.
4. Tickets & orders
A ticket is valid only when issued by LAYE or an authorized organizer and the related order reaches the required confirmed or paid status.
- Availability can change before checkout is completed.
- Each QR code is subject to the event rules.
- Duplicated, altered, cancelled or already-used tickets may be rejected.
5. Prices, fees & payments
Ticket prices, service fees, taxes and other applicable charges are displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.
Payment card information may be processed by external payment providers. The final amount validated by LAYE server-side controls the transaction.
6. Promotional codes
Promo codes may have event restrictions, expiration dates or usage limits. LAYE may reject inactive, expired, exhausted or unauthorized codes. Promotional value has no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise.
7. Cancellations & refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the event, organizer policy, payment status, applicable law and circumstances of the cancellation or change. When an event is cancelled, new sales may be disabled immediately.
8. Ticket use
Admission is subject to ticket validity and legitimate organizer or venue rules, including age restrictions, identification, security and check-in procedures.
9. Prohibited conduct
- Fraud or unauthorized transactions.
- Interference with checkout, QR validation or platform security.
- Unauthorized scraping or automated access.
- Malware, abuse, or attempts to access another customer account.
10. Platform availability
LAYE works to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, internet outages and third-party provider incidents may affect availability.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LAYE is not responsible for losses caused solely by organizer conduct, inaccurate organizer-provided information, venue conditions or third-party services outside LAYE reasonable control.
12. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the LAYE Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these Terms
LAYE may update these Terms when services or legal requirements change. The current effective date appears at the top of this page.
